A client called this morning and was screaming with excitement. For the past couple of months we have been working on her internet marketing strategy and those efforts were starting to pay off!
She recently left a very lucrative consulting business to follow her bliss! To launch her new company she wanted a marketing strategy that would provide lots of visibility but at no or low cost.

1) Showcase Your Expertise-Sharing your wisdom creates an opportunity to transform the way in which you market. Providing helpful information to your site visitors, positions you as a trusted resource.
Based on her site, my client had recently been invited to participate in a video series produced by a highly regarded organization in her niche area.
2) Clients Call YOU-A blog is more informal than a traditional website. It creates an opportunity for prospects to get to know you by reading what you have to say and commenting on your posts. You are developing a virtual relationship that easily turns prospects into clients. When they need your service they will call YOU.
Part of my clients screaming was due to the sudden rush of new clients calling and e-mailing her…all as a result of her blog.
3) Create Massive Marketing Reach- Every article you write can easily be “syndicated” around the web exponentially increasing your marketing reach. You can Tweet it, Facebook it or Digg it to name a few. Or you may find that all kinds of other sites are linking back to your articles.
The traffic to my client’s site had picked up dramatically as she began to leverage her work by syndicating it to other sites that she participated in. And the only cost involved was her time to “click”!
